Luckily, we’ve compiled a list of a few of our favourite cold-weather activities that everyone can enjoy.
Make a Snowman!
Making a snowman is an awesome way to partake in some outdoor physical activity. Roll up large snowballs with your family and decorate your snowman with your old winter gear. Your children will have so much fun building a snowman and you can turn this activity into a family tradition. You can even switch out your snowman’s accessories until he melts! Bake Cookies!
Do you have an upcoming holiday party? Baking a sweet treat with your kids is an awesome way to help your little ones practice their cooking skills. Make Homemade Hot Chocolate
Have you ever made your own hot chocolate?! It’s not as difficult as it sounds, we promise. Monique Volz from Ambitious Kitchen shares how to make healthy hot chocolate in only ten minutes! Homemade hot chocolate is a delicious treat to share with your loved ones and your children will have so much fun helping you make it. You could even make your delicious hot chocolate before your movie night. Have fun with your hot chocolate recipe and try adding in a specialty topping like candy canes or some whip cream!
